CEF Risk Management is a niche risk management practice operating in the fields of legislative compliance, ethics, fraud and forensics.
CEF Risk Management was founded by Mr Dumisani Rorwana, An Attorney, a legal and risk management professional with more than 10 years’ experience in the legal, compliance, ethics and fraud risk management fields in both the private and pulic sector. He works with various professionals who also possess varied skills and experience in the same fields and collectively they possess more than twenty years’ experience.
Mr Rorwana is an Attorney, a Certified Compliance Practitioner (Cprac), Ethics Officer (EO), certified by the Compliance Institute of South Africa and Ethics Institute respectively and a Fraud Risk Management professional. He is also member of the Internationsl Association of Fraud Examiners the South African Chapter.
We apply our vast and specialized knowledge and experience in the areas of operational risk management, compliance risk management, ethics risk management, fraud risk management and forensics to assist clients to effectively manage these risks for long term sustainability and positive governance outcomes.
The figure on the right represents the stsndard processes and procedures we assist our clients to develop and implement for effective mitigation of compliance, ethics and fraud risks.
CEF Risk Management is currently involved in compliance, ethics and fraud risk management implementation projects for one of the major national state-owned entities, a municipal entity and an insurance company.
